00:00:36: We tend to cling to familiar routines, even when something better awaits.

00:00:41: Science shows there are five steps that significantly increase your chances of success and That's exactly what we'll explore today.

00:00:52: A goal like I want less stress or I Want a work less?

00:00:57: Is too vague.

00:00:59: you need specific steps to get there.

00:01:01: For example, in your practice this might involve restructuring your appointment book.

00:01:07: Adjusting treatment sequences using a structured system like my cookbook or freeing up time for leadership tasks.

00:01:15: Identify the things only you can do Allocate Time for them and implement small measurable steps.

00:01:23: Use cycles Like PDCA Plan Do Check Act To track progress reevaluate and adjust.

00:01:33: Small concrete steps build momentum, make even ambitious goals achievable.

00:01:41: ask yourself why you're doing this?

00:01:43: And what do you hope to achieve?

00:01:45: imagine the feeling of success if your goal is less stress visualize leaving work on time having free evenings or completing treatment sufficiently.
