00:00:43: Every day you must start again checking processes speaking with patience supporting staff ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

00:01:05: It means training new employees again-and-again—even on topics like photography or bracket bonding until quality becomes second nature!

00:01:20: These small repetitive actions consume energy, but they are the foundation of long-term success.
00:01:28: It's same in sports There're always excuses Bad weather Long workdays Fatigue.
00:01:35: Yet when you push yourself to train anyway You feel better and progress continues.

00:01:42: The same principle applies.
00:01:49: true leadership requires going where it hurts, facing the challenges and doing it again.
00:01:56: Bruce Lee once said I'm not afraid of people who have practiced ten thousand techniques but i have the utmost respect for those who have practised one technique ten-thousand times until they've mastered it.

00:02:13: mastery comes Even when it feels boring, even when it feel repetitive.
00:02:22: Perfection and optimization demand unwavering commitment.
00:02:26: Quality management is a perfect example!
00:02:30: It's not about comparing one employee to another or resting after a single improvement... ...it' s asking am I better today than yesterday?
00:02:41: And will be a little better tomorrow?
00:02:43: then i'm today.
00:02:44: Small incremental steps repeated consistently, lead to excellence.
00:02:50: So remember the hardest part of practice life is not the crises or audits.
00:02:56: it's the discipline of consistency.
00:02:59: keep going even when it feels tedious.
00:03:03: improve a little each day.
00:03:05: over time these small steps compound into mastery efficiency and success.
