00:00:42: What struck me most is that many still rely on the same old PowerPoint marathons Slides packed with text read aloud in a monotone voice With little interaction or visual appeal.

00:00:55: It's no wonder participants lose interest quickly.

00:00:57: The truth Online education competes with professional video platforms, streaming services and social media.

00:01:06: If a webinar doesn't capture attention people will simply tune out.

00:01:10: That's why entertainment interactivity and strong visuals are essential.

00:01:16: Our attention spans our short And we're highly image oriented.

00:01:20: Big headlines clear graphics an engaging delivery of what keep us watching.

00:01:26: When I began offering online courses, i quickly realized that simply sharing slides wasn't enough.

00:01:33: Feedback confirmed that participants wanted more.

00:01:36: Over time ,I developed formats that included camera changes interactive discussions and structured content That mirrored the energy of in-person courses.

00:01:47: Recently .i even held an eight hour live seminar While i wondered if it would be too long The positive feedback proved.

00:01:54: with right structure Even extended sessions can be engaging and effective.

00:01:59: This approach isn't limited to professional training.

00:02:02: Practices can use webinars to educate patients as well.

00:02:06: In the past, patient education often involved in-person lectures or meetups.

00:02:11: Today a well prepared online session Can introduce patience treatment options answer questions And build trust before they even step into practice.

00:02:21: It's powerful way to extend reach and strengthen relationships.

00:02:25: Of course, online consultations raise questions about regulations and presence requirements but for patient education webinars are an excellent tool.

00:02:35: They allow practices to share knowledge demonstrate expertise And connect with patients in a modern accessible way.

00:02:42: For colleagues I also recommend exploring interactive formats like my lunchtime lectures Inspired by my time studying in London.

00:02:50: these sessions Are short focused and highly interactive.

00:02:55: Every other Monday, participants join live for forty-five minutes of discussion questions and shared learning.

00:03:02: It's a relaxed format that combines professional development with community And it's proven to be both enjoyable and effective.
